40 units of YMAE140 distributed equally across 6 towers for a 432-room luxury resort with 2 banquet halls and a casino auditorium. The coastal location required hydrophilic anti-corrosive gold fin coils, and the proximity to residential zones demanded silent operation — both key YORK® differentiators that won the project over Trane and Daikin.
YORK® offered 8% higher efficiency over Trane (AHRI certified) and 15% over Daikin — combined with modular design, coastal-grade coatings, and a strong reference base of 20+ YMAE installations.

Two Honda Big Wing premium motorcycle showroom installations in Chennai, both delivering 20–25% power savings vs comparable VRF systems. The higher system diversity of the VWF system allowed cooling to extend to the bike servicing bay — an area not included in the original design scope, at no additional outdoor unit cost.
